Payment MethodsWe offer the following payment methods when ordering online • Direct Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer Once the confirmation of your order has been received and the funds have cleared your order will be processed and posted to you. Cheques may take 5 to 7 working days to clear, once deposited. Please allow sufficient time if you need the ordered items quickly. Alternatively, Money Orders are available from Australia Post (Money Orders are like cash and are cleared immediately). Postage and DeliveryWithin Australia, all parcels are delivered by Australia Post in overnight satchels. This makes orders traceable, and insures overnight delivery to most places. If your postcode is outside next-day delivery zone the mail will be delayed by a day or two. At Little Workers we endeavor to process orders as soon as they arrive so most of the time you will receive your order within a few days. However, deliveries may take up to 28 days due to production or other delays beyond internal control. We appreciate your understanding. Overseas orders processed and posted by Little Workers do not attract 10% GST. All freight for overseas orders is calculated individually depending on the size of the order. In most instances GST charge covers the extra postage and insurance. P&H has been averaged at $12 per delivery anywhere within Australia. Exchanges and ReturnsLittle Workers® guarantee the quality of workmanship on all Little Workers ®garments. If a garment slips through the quality control, Little Workers® will exchange, repair, replace the item in question or refund the purchase price, within 30 days from the day your order was posted.A defective garment that is returned in its original condition will be replaced, repaired, exchanged or credited to your account immediately, however postage charges will not be credited. Exchange policy allows you to exchange garments, at any time for any reason. The $3 per garment exchange fee contributes towards administration expanses, re-bar-coding costs and often an ironing charge. Store sale clearance items are purchased ‘AS IS” and may not to be exchanged unless they are faulty, in which case we are happy to refund, repair or exchange it free of charge. Please note: children do not grow significantly in girth but rather in height. To prevent purchasing incorrect sizes please refer to the size chart. When posting exchange garments back to Little Workers please clearly state what items/garments and sizes you require to be posted back to you (please use the order-form in the catalogue enclosed with your order). Remember to include credit card details or other form of payment to cover return postage. COD charges are expensive. Alternately you may include a self addressed and stamped postal bag or satchel, big enough for exchange garments to fit inside it. Please do not post dl size envelopes with 50cent stamps, as we cannot feet your exchange in it. Little Workers recommend you use traceable postal service for returning items as the liability in the event of the parcels getting lost will not be accepted by Little Workers.
