Little Workers donate to national and international charities as well as children's and women's organisations and support groups. We support local community events, participate in fund raising fashion parades at schools and kindergartens and donate to underprivileged, sick and abused. Currently we are linked with the “Door of Hope” - also known as “The hole in the wall” South African orphanages in Johannesburg in St. Africa and “Wattoottoo” and “St Moses” in Uganda. The help is much needed and to make a donation, however small or large , we have provided direct links at the bottom of the page. You can make a difference too. Closer to home, I was recently shocked to learn of the state of homelessness in our own city of Brisbane. Other cities in Australia seem to be in the same situation. . The numbers of homeless are alarming and on the rise with majority being women and children, aged between 6 and 17 – hardly women I say... “Second chance” is a Brisbane based organisation that looks after homeless women and helps them integrate back into the society, relocate and return to normal lives. Little Workers have made “Second chance” the charity of choice and hope you can help as well. Direct links are provided to take you to their website and when possible please give generously.
